Angie O’Bryan is Catering Sales Manager for Bon Temps Grill, L’Eglise and Woodlawn Chapel who helps clients plan and execute their vision for events and menus thru organized tastings, Venue tours, creative thinking and excellent communication that form trusting relationships. She also works closely with many offsite Venues and Vendors.
Angie is a strong believer of value and respect while ensuring each clients’ experience is the highest priority. Her eye for beautiful presentation is attributed to her education in Interior Design. Angie has over 25 years of sales and customer service experience.
Amy Dillard is currently Sales Manager for Woodlawn Chapel, L’Eglise and Bon Temps Grill Catering. Amy works closely with each client to select the best venue, food and bar menus; helping brides bring visions of their special day to reality. Amy has worked in the service industry for over 20 years in every aspect from bartending to managing, as well as holds a degree in Business Management. Being a mother of 6 children, she knows how to multitask and prioritize!
Amy prides herself in helping brides create the perfect setting for their dream wedding, by paying attention to the smallest of details. She believes in fairy tales, and is a hopeless romantic! Brides rave about her dedication to them and making sure their big day is stress free!
Morgan Stagge is the Venue Manager of L'Eglise and Woodlawn Chapel. She attended college at Purdue University and graduated with a bachelor's in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She has worked in the hospitality industry for eight years in an array of positions. Morgan has a lust for travel, languages, and immersing herself into diverse cultures. She believes in going above and beyond the expectations of guests. Absolute satisfaction is Morgan's highest priority of the job.
